On the occasion of the 4th anniversary of the elevation of UP Cebu as a constituent unit of the University of the Philippines, the University of the Philippines Cebu invites you to the Valediction for Graduates on Tuesday, 2020 October 27, 10:00AM, with Guest of Honor, Hon. Conchita Carpio Morales, Former Associate Justice of the Supreme Court and Ombudsman of the Philippines.
