Confirm your UP admission offer online by June 30

For all UPCAT 2020 takers:

Please go to the UPCAT main website https://upcat.up.edu.ph to view your application status. Carefully read the instructions on how to view your application results.
If you received an offer for admission, you are required to reply starting 2020 June 3 until June 30.
Replies to the offer after the deadline will no longer be considered.

Online Confirmation and Appeals for UP Cebu

The online link for CONFIRMATION of UP Cebu Qualifiers and APPEALS to UP Cebu campus will be made available starting 2020 July 6, Monday until July 30, Thursday.

Please visit http://our.upcebu.edu.ph/upcat-2020/ for more details.

Meantime, please make sure you reserve your slot in the University of the Philippines by accepting your offer of admission.

To complete the admissions process, you are required to reply to the UP Admissions Offer starting 2020 June 3 until the deadline on 2020 June 30. Replies after June 30, 2020 will no longer be considered.

After confirming at the System level, you need to confirm again at the Campus Level for UP Cebu or in your Campus of Choice.

  • To confirm your enrollment or non-enrollment in the University of the Philippines Cebu; or
  • To appeal for admission to the University of the Philippines Cebu as UPCAT qualifier from another campus; or
  • To appeal for admission to the University of the Philippines Cebu as non-qualifier with UPG of 2.700 or better

UP Cebu Enrollment Workflow for the Second Semester AY 2019-2020 (Undergraduate Students)

This will be the Flow of Enrollment for the Second Semester AY 2019-2020, for all Undergraduate Students.
Please be guided accordingly.

January 9, Thursday to January 10, Friday Enrollment for all students
January 9, Thursday to January 17, Friday Change Matriculation Period
January 13, Monday Start of Classes for Second Semester AY 2019-2020

*Graduate students may enroll at any time within the week.

Revised UP Privacy Notice for Students

The previous privacy notice issued for the 1st semester 2018-2019 has been revised. This amended notice will take effect starting the first day of the regular registration period for the 2nd semester or trimester 2018-2019.

The consent and assent of students to the processing of their personal and sensitive personal information is included in the enrollment form (Form 5).

Important Announcement for All Undergraduate Students

For those who have not yet signed nor claimed their Form 5s and for those with unpaid assessment for this semester, please visit your respective College Secretary’s Office and accomplish this on or before Friday, 14 December 2018.

(A student is not officially enrolled until his/her Form 5 is signed and stamped Registered.)

for All Undergraduate Students for the First Semester AY 2018-2019

Please be informed that the processing of the Official Form 5 eOR of all undergraduate students for the First Semester AY 2018-2019 will start on August 30 and end on September 7, Friday.

In the attached flow chart, this would include all activities starting from Ⓐ:

  • tuition calculation in compliance of RA 10931;
  • tagging of Scholarship and ST (socialized tuition) discounts;
  • payment and printing of eORs for all undergraduate students who are not eligible (click here to know if you are or are not eligible) for Free Tuition or voluntarily opting out;
  • printing of eORs for all undergraduate students who are eligible for Free Tuition; and
  • validation of enrollment for all undergraduate students.
