Led by former UP Statistical Center dean, Erniel Barrios, the study aims to evaluate the performance of the University of the Philippines in the delivery of its functions on teaching, research, and extension. The survey covers assessment of programs, facilities, research and other facets of the university’s mission and vision through its teaching staff, non-teaching staff, students, and alumni.
