Guide to Interpreting the Coded Sheet Names

1. UG stands for undergraduate programs while G stands for graduate programs.
2. The next four (4) digits represent a term.
   • Digit 1: Century
     • (0) – year 1900 – 1999
     • (1) – year 2000 – 2999
     • (2) – year 3000 – 3999
   • Digits 2 and 3: Last Two Digits of the Starting Academic Year
   • Digit 4: Semester/Trimester
     • (1) – First Semester
     • (2) – Second Semester
     • (3) – Midyear Term
     • (4) – First Trimester
     • (5) – Second Trimester
     • (6) – Third Trimester
3. As an example,
   • UG 1232 stands for enrollment data of undergraduate programs in the Second Semester AY 2023-2024.
   • G 1232 1235 stands for enrollment data of graduate programs in the Second Semester AY 2023-2024 and the Second Trimester AY 2023-2024.
4. You can just also refer at the top of the sheet where the full term is indicated.
